Note that a non-refundable fee of $50 will be required upon application submission. This fee covers the costs of background and credit checks.

The standard security deposit is equal to half of one’s monthly rent.

The Security deposit requirement may be increased up to a full month of rent – as determined upon completion of credit and background screening.

Please note if you have pets, the required security deposit will increase to a full month of rent as opposed to the standard security deposit.

Residents are responsible for electric and internet.

We love your pets! Know that we have no breed or weight restrictions, and accommodate up to two pets per apartment home. The monthly pet fee ranges between $30-$50 per month per pet.
